Jessie Surgers Sr.

Jessie Surgers Jr., born on May 16, 1952, in Houston, Texas, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2025, in the city that was his lifelong home. Throughout his life, Jessie made a meaningful impact on those who had the privilege of knowing him.

In honor of Jessie's memory, a visitation will be held on January 18, 2025, starting at 12:00 PM, at Grace Temple Baptist located at 6503 W Montgomery Rd, Houston, TX 77091. This will be followed by a Celebration of Life ceremony commencing at 1:00 PM, allowing friends and family to come together to reflect on and celebrate the life he led.

Jessie is remembered fondly by many for his kind nature and the positive energy he brought into any gathering. He leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and cherished memories that will be held dear by all who knew him. His life may have come to an end, but the spirit he embodied will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to cross his path.
